Removal of Restrictive Legends from Frontera Stock Certificates
The stock certificates representing Frontera's common stock bear restrictive legends that limit the ability of stockholders to sell their Frontera shares. The restrictive legends contained on most of these stock certificates can now be removed, and the shares can be sold without restriction on the AIM Market in the United Kingdom or via the Over-The-Counter Market (OTCQX) in the United States.
Frontera is sending to all of its stockholders the documentation necessary for them to determine whether their stock certificates are eligible to have the restrictive legends removed, and to submit their certificates to have the legends removed.
Stockholders who have the restrictive legends removed from their stock certificates also will be eligible to deposit their shares into the United Kingdom's CREST system or to the Depository Trust Company, or the "DTC," in the United States. Holding shares electronically rather than in physical form provides many benefits to stockholders in both holding and trading their shares.
