Transfer of Shares Between US and UK Stock Registers
We maintain separate stock registers for use in trading our common stock in the United States and in the United Kingdom. Shares can be sold in the United States only if they are listed on the US Register, and shares can be sold in the UK only if they are listed on the UK Register. Therefore, you may, from time to time, want to transfer your shares from one Register to the other. Your broker can do that for you by delivering certain information to Computershare, which is the global Transfer Agent and Registrar for our common stock.
