Frontera Resources Corporation (London Stock Exchange, AIM Market, FRR), the oil and gas exploration and production company with assets in the country of Georgia, today announces that it received notification on 11 November 2011 from DDJ Capital Management, LLC (“DDJ”) that certain funds and/or accounts managed by DDJ have disposed of, in aggregate, 9,756,854 ordinary shares of USD0.00004 each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) (the “Disposal”).
Following the Disposal, funds and/or accounts managed by DDJ are beneficially interested in 457,451,688 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 22.19 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
